LOFOTEN SEAFOOD
The production of fish takes place in the oxygen-rich Vestfjorden, which reflects its charm in the huge mountains that form the island of Lofoten.
Lofoten Seafood was established in 1980. The company started with farming of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar). Some years later the production of dried and salted cod returned, with originally had its beginning in 1930s.
